• All wholesale orders are processed within 2–5 business days upon confirmation and receipt of payment.

• Customized packaging or bulk export orders may take longer and will be communicated accordingly.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across:

• India (Pan-India distribution)

• Export orders to selected international markets (subject to trade regulations and agreements)

All products are packed securely in:

• PP woven bags, jute bags, or vacuum-sealed pouches depending on product type and order specifications.

• We also offer custom branding and private labeling for bulk clients (on request).

7. Tracking & Dispatch

• A shipping confirmation and dispatch details will be shared once the order is handed over to the transporter.

• Tracking information is provided where applicable (courier or container shipping).

8. Delivery Issues & Responsibilities

• We are not liable for delays caused by transporters, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Please ensure the delivery address and contact details are accurate.

• In case of damage or shortages, notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence.
